Solar Power for Your Business

Commercial and industrial tariffs are higher than domestic ones, so every unit your roof produces saves more. We study your load profile and tariff first, then engineer a system that matches your daytime consumption for the fastest possible payback.

Choose net-metering or zero-export depending on your connection, pay upfront or use financing, and track generation from your phone.

Commercial Solar: Your Questions

Quick answers to the questions customers ask us most about commercial solar.
Is there a government subsidy for commercial rooftop solar in Odisha?
No. The PM Surya Ghar subsidy covers residential homes only. Businesses benefit from large bill savings and may be able to claim accelerated depreciation; please confirm the tax treatment with your chartered accountant.
It depends on your daytime load, tariff and roof area. Because commercial tariffs are high, savings are significant and payback is usually quick. We share a savings estimate after the load and tariff analysis.
With net-metering, extra units you do not use are sent to the grid and adjusted in your bill. With zero-export, the system only produces what your premises consume and nothing flows back to the grid. We recommend the option your connection and DISCOM allow.
Very little. Most of the work happens on the roof. Only the final connection needs a short shutdown, which we schedule at a time that suits you.
As a rough guide, each kW needs about 100 sq ft of shade-free roof. Our survey confirms the usable area and the best layout.
